Tropikal Pet, was established in İstanbul in 2003following preliminary research and preparation of one and a half years dedicated for the cat-dog food production in Turkey. The plant is designed to operate with the most advanced technologies applied to the production of cat-dog food including an indoor manufacturing space with raw material silos, micro-grinding units, extrusion systems, drying ovens, vacuum coating and cooling systems and automatic packaging units, laboratories, dispatch warehouse and administrative buildings. All these manufacturing processes are fully computer-controlled. It has a continuous production capacity for 24 hours.
